"Spanks" could barely lift his head. Walking was an effort on his two misformed and buckled legs. He was rescued, taken to a vet and diagnosed with a birth defect. But with TLC, proper diet, therapy and exercise, his condition is expected to improve. Only six (6) months young, loving and in need of a home.
