"Roscoe"

"Roscoe" is a male, Yorkshire Terrier, 15lbs and approx. 8 years young. He was in a shelter, severely matted with a tumor in one ear. Roscoe was about to be euthanized when an RSVP volunteer rescued him at the last minute. He was shaved and examined by a vet. Fortunately, the tumor is benign and not serious. A real cutie pie, a little shy, good with other dogs and cats.
