"Rescued Puppies"

Puppies need no introduction. Just one look is all it takes and a chorus of "awww"'s begins. Originally these eight (8) babies were under nourished, flea-infested and with internal parasites. Fortunately, RSVP volunteers found them through their Community Outreach program before they were sold. They are the lucky ones.

Our friends at Southold's North Fork Animal Welfare League (special thanks to Gillian) offered to help and the puppies are now in good hands and available for adoption, call (631)765-1811. Without intervention and a proper adoption screening, “home” is often a backyard on the end of a chain wrapped around a tree. Puppies grow up to be dogs used for protection, bred for money, often neglected and many wind up in shelters where they are deemed un-adoptable and killed.
