This handsome hunk is "Clifford," an American Bulldog. He is approx. 5 years young and larger than life!

An RSVP volunteer came upon him while doing some community outreach and caring for the outside dogs. His owners left him with a friend when they lost their home. Clifford had to stay outdoors in a pen and drafty dog house. He was not doing well and had lost weight. It was freezing and a blizzard was in the forecast. Another volunteer offered to temporarily foster him while RSVP tried to find a home.

Clifford was taken to a vet, examined, brought up to date with his shots, tested for lymes, heartworm and given a clean bill of health.

Clifford has a gorgeous white coat that feels like velvet. He is good with children, friendly with other dogs and even great with cats! He is also house-broken, knows the basic commands, enjoys rides in the car and walks extremely well on a leash.
